Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the custom nature of our services, products and the lack of re-sale capability,  all sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your package at sweetenstudio@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. 

Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement
is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.  Please note that once an order is shipped, the package is out of our control and on to the hands of our shipping partners (e.g., Canada Post). Sweeten Studio is not liable or responsible for delays or items stolen from the delivery location. Please take note of your tracking number!  PS: Lockable delivery boxes are a fantastic purchase, just in case!

Yes. We offer local pick-up for all items, in Toronto or Bowmanville. Please inquire for pick-up dates.

Canadian Shipping
All items ordered and confirmed by Sweeten Studio for will ship within 3-4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping.
